It shouldn't be a shock. This is the yearly guide level. Just think how fat those crappies are getting on all those shad!!!! That guy in the boat I'm sure has a limit!!!

I've got a friend at Sardis now and he said the ramp is open but was told by a worker it will probably be closed tomorrow for two to three days. They are going to pave the parking lot and do some work on the ramp. The heavy equipment is sitting at the ramp now.

Tell Em to cut the stewpit orphaned steel beam at the bottom right side of the dock off level with the ground. Someone is going to get hurt on it and it’s already cost folks a lot of money.

    Wannabe...

And if they need any other tips on how to operate a lake, give em my number.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

It's stupidity for them to leave it like that. Cut the thing off while the water is down!!! Duh!!

Yep, knocked a hole in the Basscat January before last on that darn thing. I nosed up to the dock to pick up my partner after parking and the current pulled the rear of the boat right over on it! Made a big gash in the side at the deepest part of the boat. Around 5 thousand to fix....

Maybe I need to send the Army Colonel in Vicksburg a letter regarding this issue. I sent a letter to him last year when we were having a lot of break-ins at McCurdy Pt and Persimmon Hill at Enid. They finally corrected that problem. I had to dodge that pole myself down there during winter draw-down. Makes no sense to leave that there, right next to the boat ramp! I may go down there and take a picture of it myself to send to him as evidence, unless someone can take a shot and send it to me.
Has anyone reported it to the Corps!
