    Default Braid or fluoro

Had a lil trouble keeping the hook in when it sticks in the hard part of the roof of the mouth of the bigger tougher fish. Sticks for a second or 2 then comes out. Using K9 6# fluoro and a 12' fairly light action jigging rod w livescope. Awesome line w no memory. Didnt like the feel of 10# power pro braid in my hands and it didnt flow through the guides as well as K9 did. Is there a better braid than PP for this ? I think a no stretch line would be much better

Braid for me 98% of the time.
Winter time especially, if they are 40’ deep in 65 FOW, I need 0 stretch to get a good hook set .

Braid is super sensitive and has no stretch. Every jig pole I have is spilled with it!

I’ve never used braid either, what weight line should I be thinking of? Always used 4# mono, got to where I liked SlimLine but wanted to try braid.
