    Default Rod length for livescope

Drifting slowly downwind on 30ft range, then switching to 20 for the cast. What length rod to use ? 6-15 ?

    Default Rod length for livescope

    I second the Jenko Lucky 13 .
I fish the BnM Stick, Bone Stix spiral 13 , Jenko T X13 and the Lucky 13........ Lucky 13 is a great balance between to much rod and not enough rod.

It fishing good but like the others in its class it heavy. I fish braid and it seems to wrap the tip of the rod very easy .

im very new to using it, but i have 3 rods i use. ACC Crappiestix 12ft to jig out to 10-15ft. a 16ft off brand light pole if they are skiddish or further away and a 5'9" spin casting to jig directly underneath. I have used the really short one much more in deeper water than i would have thought.

If you are accurate with casting, why not go with a 5 foot rod? Its a lot less weight on your arms for a day of fishing and you can cast an 1/8 jig a long way equipped with a spinning reel.
