    Yesterday was a interesting day at Sardis Lake watching the tournament guys pre fish, see them pull into a spot watching their big screens and fish for a minute and move on back down the lake, some really cool looking boats some interesting boats I seen one that I thought had three trolling motors maybe I was wrong but I sure thought I seen that, anyway good luck guys this weekend be safe

    I forget his name but there are several guys that run two. If trolling they use one to move boat and the other to steer. If single poking they use both to hold boat on the spot and fight wind and currents. A lot of wight in batteries as they usually have a bank of batteries for each motor plus startling plus one or two dedicated to electronics.

    I did it that way until about 5 years ago when I bought a bass boat. I caught more fish then single poling then than I do single poling from the bigger boat. I catch more trolling or pulling cranks now though. Not sure at 70 I could scull a boat all day now, and still be able to get out of the boat at the end of the day.....lol..
