    Nice catch , never been on that lake . Maybe a crappie camp some day .

    Only low brass 12 gauge needed for Okatibee crappie. Around here nothing less than heavy loads will do.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
    The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.

    Nice mess of fish. Looks like some pretty good one's in the bunch. I just got home from a trip around the lake looking at water levels. Gin creek has water up in the woods. Collinsville park has water up pretty high. Water is still muddy. I didn't see one boat on the water. A few fishing the tailrace.

    No, that is Oktibbeha County lake in Starkville, MS.
