Grenada is 15-1/2 feet over rule curve this morning. Sardis at 11 feet over curve. It's beginning to look a lot like another high water Spring.

They just closed the gates on Steele bayou, and another one. Means they going to choke them down and got more rain coming. Going to be just like last year if not worse.

Can’t be much worse... they all was at or close to the spillways last spring. Thinking positively, at least we all had last year to figure them out at the high water levels so if it gets that high again there shouldn’t be as big of learning curve this year. Sounds good in my mind anyways Water prediction

I like them in the trees, I just don't like them big snakes in there.. especially those ones that blend in and become almost invisible Water predictionName: 20190420_095546.jpg

Looking high. Indian mound is under water at Sardis. Personally I like the high water don’t need a boat just waders and a stringer. All this does is make you a better well around fisherman. Adapt to circumstances and pass them on to your grand kids. Good times every year.

The big river is predicted to go to 34 ft (flood stage) in the next few days. If they leave the gates closed on Grenada a few more days, Cray is going to be right.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

I have friends that are already put their stuff out from behind the levee. As said, it is mighty early for the river to be that high. South Delta look out!!
