I've had so many folks ask me about the effects of the high water here. I've told them as long as the water temps are around 50, we will be good to go. If they get toward 60s with the water extremely high, we stand to lose another spawn.
The ole TenTom is up, up, and away! The crappie are gonna relocate to prespawn patterns by the time this settles down. Might even find some early spawners in a week or two. Depending on the temps.

Our water temp was 54-56 this last weekend. I probably could've found some warmer in the backwaters. We are not in danger of losing a spawn by any means in this area. It is more like the norm for us, but we probably have much more shallow weedy areas than y'all do.
