After a couple of floods the investors decided to pull out and I remember it becoming a beer joint / pool hall then closed awhile then a store opened there before the building was torn down. Not sure when the wooden docks where removed from Hugh White but it's been a long time ago. The old hotel by the beach was around when I was a teenager, although closed by then we used to sneak in there and mess around, never vandalized and kept it clean (good upbringing). I think Grenada could support a marina like Sardis has now easily, and if another hotel was built it could be booked most the year.
I remember the hotel and if I remember correctly there was a restaurant there as well. Man that goes waaay back.
