Congrats on squeezing out a few hour. Always better safe than sorry with thunder and lightning.
Booom, booom. That’s the sound that woke us from a quiet slumber at 5:30am. Thunder and lightning and heavy rain with radar showing little chance of relief. So what to do. Well we decided to go to Oxford ( my alma mart -1986) to have a look around campus and eat at a very good Mexican Restaurant the casa Mexicana on Jackson avenue. Best fajaitas anywhere and great service. Had a great meal and noticed the sky was clearing so we headed back to cabin loaded the boat and went to Enid sprinkles and windy we fished 2 hours and caught 30 on the clicker. With 7 keepers. That’s one out of every 4. Total for 3 days of partial days fishing. 168 fish with 20 keepers. Gonna see we can get the monsoon to pass tomorrow and we can get on water earlier. Great week so far and great friendship.
