Just curious, if you use a 1oz weight and a 3ft leader dont you think a bandit 200 or arkie 250 would get close to the same depth or would it cause the weight to rise?

seems like the lips on the 250 and 200 are shorter so the depth would be less because of that....would have to adjust the amount of line out.........but thinking about it.........the weight may carry it to the same depth...after all it is 1 oz........and the bait will follow the weight........

With plenty of 1/2 oz. weights from bass fishing would a Carolina rig with a crank bait do as well as a inline weight ?

    Default Adding weight to crankbait

If any of you have thought about snap weights and didn’t like the price of the or16 clips, I just put these together. Instead of paying the price on the first picture I waited on these ones from China. Basically have about $1.50 each in them.

Yep. Snap weights work just fine. You can also buy a snap weight kit at cabelas also with weights.
