    Yep, my email reply said they don't do that.
    Only thing I can think of is to find someone like BRM's friend to refill them. Maybe a small mom/pop garage. Would have to make an adapter for the 2 tanks. You'll get about 80 to 90% in your tank to what is in their tank.

    Try your local welding supply store they fill welding oxygen tanks. Just explain that you need the oxygen for fish not for medical problems.

    I bought a hose where i can fill my small bottle from a big one.If you have enough friends its not hard to do it yourself.Usually give them a few dollars for letting me fill it.
