I use line counter reels almost every day. I have Cabela's,Diawa, Okuma Magda 15 and Shakespeare ATS. For the price, I'll take the ATS hands down. Unless some company wants to give me reels for free, my $$ will be on Shakespeares.

I bought 5 atx 15's and I love them. Only problem is the clear plastic cover for one of the line counters fell off. They've handled everything I've thrown at them including some sea run stripers without a hitch.

Went by there yesterday. They have the 15’s for 39.99 and the 20’s for 42.99. They have plenty on the shelf too as well as a pretty good selection of bandit, arkie, and jenko crankbaits.

Much lower price on bandits at Grizzly Jig. $5.79 each or $5.29 if you buy 6 or more. I like Arkies better and they are a lot cheaper.

I've lost 2 rods like that, fortunately I was able to get both of them back. Now I have about a foot of pipe insulation secured on each rod in front of the reel so that they will float.
