I agree don , would like to see why there creel check with names, date, times were not admissible for records .

Was there Messing around Tuesday we had seen the news report so we weighed the biggest one of the few we caught it weighed .70 and wasn't that big. They said the lake Records started over when the lake re-opened. Biggest bass so far is only 6 pounds and something.

Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

Sounds to me like someone could set the bar pretty high then right off the bat. Iffin' not, gonna keep going thru these records of dink fish, if it's kids that's cool, but if a grown man is certifying a 1/2# brim as a lake record, than I would say that man has too much time on his hands
