The problem is people in high places like to sell those non-resident license and get the tourism dollars. Whenever I call to make reservations somewhere I always tell em "hey there is some guys don't want me to come fish there". And they are like " forget them we need the money". LOL
I looked into buying a reservoir one time but man those things are expensive.
