Default Rod holders - what type are these

Saw these today on a couple of boats and was wondering what type are they? Never seen the all black...

It was a nice boat as well...looked like a war eagle.

Pretty sure you can get em in black now Cray. They are nice but thats a lot of holes to drill in the deck, looks like these are on a rail of some sort.

I Personally just swapped to those from spyder locs and absolutely love these...love the fact that they are more stable

One benefit is its easier to detect which rod got hit and then also not disturbing the other rods while re baiting or setting up. Ease of adj was my main reason. Pricey but I only plan to buy once
