Thread: Normandy Lake Tourney Results April 18th 2015

MTCC fished Lake Normandy yesterday which is located just outside of Tullahoma TN. The weather yesterday was much nicer than we thought it might be during the week as there was some Saturday rain in the forecast, but it all stayed away and the fish were ready to eat. Nine boats fished this tournament with 8 finding fish, and 4 finding tourney limits. Normandy has been a little tougher to fish the last couple years for most club members than it use to be as the amount of fish dont appear to be there as they once were. Either way, Normandy has some quality fish and some were found yesterday.

Coming in first place and winning the tourney was Dave Odell and Mario Ortega with 7 fish weighing in at 6.63 pounds. They also took BF pot this day with a nice 1.64 pound slab. Taking second place was Rodney and Coby Edwards with 6.25 pounds. Congrats to both of these teams for placing yesterday in the tournament. Next month will come quickly as we will be fishing at Woods Reservoir on May 16th from the Franklin Co ramp. This is one week earlier than normal for us but we rescheduled our meeting and our tournament so we would not conflict with the Memorial day weekend.
