Default I lost the passion and the drive to crappie fish

Once upon a time, I went back to my roots and wanted to just crappie fish. All my grandfather fished for was walleye and crappie. So here I go, big boat , big motor, hell, big everything. Eight years later, this is what I have discovered. Good friends, good times and most important, good memories are what are most important. I have been through some bad times and I know the ones that have stuck with me through thick and thin and I am very appreciative. Those of you who didn't stick with me, I still think the world of you. Those of you who did, lets go rip some lips. FATBOY ps. I am gonna be gonna be on the water soon, so give me a holler.

I am glad you decided to get back into the game for sure and there are still a few fish in the lakes around here.

Hope to see you out their Fatboy. Thanks again for the early lessons on the water. I was a green crappie fisherman after I retired from the Air Force and you helped me out a lot. I ain't a lot better but I can find them occasionally...lol

Fatboy, I was thinking about you just the other day...Get that camper and boat hooked up and hit any local lake. You know what to do when you hit the water......We all have challenges in this life, how we react is what matters. Now go shoot some docks and fill the live well.

A good crappie day can take your mind off a lot of troubles for at least a little while.

Good to see you back in the swing. You might not remember but you fished alongside of me a few times and showed me around when I couldn't catch a cold. Though never in the boat you showed me how. Thanks for that I've never forgotten. Been a weird year for me too, hope everything is straightening out. Hope to cross paths soon......Skeet.

fatboy I sure wish I could see you man. Heck I just wish we could have kept in contact here somehow over the years. I had computer issues for so long, and heck you knew my personal problems I had going on did not help me any. Your posts at that time were few and far between, and somehow I was not getting your messages and you were not getting mine, but I swear I tried to keep in touch. I even put posts on here and I pm a few people looking for you. I remember the time you helped me with my gps, I never really figured that stupid thing out and got rid of it. Now I have went big and got a HB998SI, and as you can guess I have no clue how to use it either. Hope all is well with you. Please holler at me sometime
