Maybe a presentation of what type of cover to fish on Tim's? I think that would be great!
Am seeking suggestions as to what you would like to see in the way of presentations at meetings. Sometimes it's hard to know what others may want or need to hear about, or talk about at the meetings. I plan to pick up a BPS gift card to give away for thursday night. That would be something real cool to win as we have had a couple months without any give aways and I think that would make a good one for the meeting thursday night.
Thumbs Up See you there I hope.
Feel free to pm me or email me your suggestions if you rather it not be public.

I second what C1 says I have never fished from Devils Step before, well at least not in the last 30 years so I don't have a clue where to fish or what to look for as far as where to look for fish so any help would be great.

Tims Ford is tough for alot of us, most of the time. Other people seem to find their biggest fish and most success on Tims Ford. I went back through last year and so far this year to find out who has had the most success on Tims Ford. Steve and David have both won on past tournaments on Tims and J.W. and Deannie, Randy C and Johnny T all placed on Tims Ford in 2010. Steve won the January 2011 Big Fish tourney there this year with a last minute catch....We had one tourney last fall there won by a team that was not members but came and won by a nice margin.
Finding fish on Tims Ford with some size to them has been tough for me while being in a tournament. I will say this, I feel time on the water there has helped some but am still very much so lacking to put it mildly. I am no authority on Tims Ford but I will say this. Where I have had success (not on tourney days though) is on structure for sure. I have talked to many and almost everytime folks who had any success to amount to anything they was either fishing under the boat houses, around the bridge pilons, or over structure such as blow downs. Mostly the blow downs is where I've seen my best days there, but I am just not very good at dock shooting. I will bring this up at the meeting and we can talk more about Tims Ford tomorrow night. Thanks for the feedback.
Crappie around cover and docks, you have to be kidding, must be something new they are doing.

speaking of blow downs there several new ones on tims 3 or 4 in the dry creek area between bridge & last dock but they are real big
