nice catch, but leave some for the rest of us. :D
Wow is all I can say about yesterdays fishing. In the kayak for 4 hours. Caught about 75 specks. Kept my limit of 25 and called it a day.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

get in, sit down, shut up and fish
Oh yeah, always got to leave a few for the fellow anglers. I jump around in my kayak between 5 or 6 local lakes keeping crappies and gills until I have 25 pounds of fillets in the freezer. That will be enough to take me through till next spring. We have fish at least once a month so 25 pounds just gets us into next year, usually. Some years I have to restock my supplies just before freeze up as I am not much of an ice fisherman these days.

i icefish so i normally dont even try to catch a limit just quality fish, until we have the family fish fry once or twice a year
get in, sit down, shut up and fish
and who needs a big boat, your doing just fine
In the last 20 years I have only fished out of any boat other than a kayak about 10 times. All the rest is done from my kayak. My son and I even tournament bass fish from the kayak. It is funny to see some of the expressions and here some of the comments before the tournaments from the people who are not familiar with us. We often get the last laugh.:D
