My truck was feeling left out, and took out a squirt yesterday.

She was very proud of her harvest…….

Happy Thanksgiving. Will be a rough holiday for Lion and Wolverine fans I fear. OE, we must be close to the same wavelength lately. Nearly hit one about 300 yards from the driveway. Another 100 yards and it would've been where I could try to shoot her!

I freaked my oldest daughter right out.

I was taking her to get her tire fixed when the truck took out the squirrel.

On the way back, I stopped in the middle of 68th street (4 Lanes) and tossed it into the truck.

Took it home, and placed it in the yard.

The wife has a 14 year old Springer Spaniel, named Simi.

In her youth she chased squirrels, she long in the tooth, hard of hearing, and 1/2 blind.

We let her out, she takes queue’s from pointing.

So we all pointed at the Squirrel, she ran past it, but eventually found it.

She latched on, gave it a few shakes, and trotted over like she was 3 years old, and dropped it at my wife’s feet.

Her tail was going 900MPH, with no quit.

She got treats, for doing a good job.

Wife said afterwards, when I’m old, I hope you make me feel young, like you did her, just don’t bring me a squirrel.

Told her *I’d try my best*
