    Default Freeport Crappie Lakes?

My son just bought a home near Freeport. Any crappie lakes with public access near there that anyone would recommend?
    Thanks!

Morrison Lk isn't too far. Last year I didn't do well there. I attribute that too the repeated algae treatments. Eleven treatments that I was told.

Campbell Lake is to the west and has some crappie, Middle and Leach to the south, Morrison and Sessions to the east. Most lakes have crappie it just depends on how far you want to drive and if you can find them once you get there.

Thanks. I figure I can trailer my boat when I visit and get a chance to fish with him.
