I’m 5’ 10 and about 235. I hav the banana hammock but it is Merino

This am it was 18 degrees but last could please of nights we’ve gotten in the single digits. Now this is freak weather for us and currently have 3-4” of sleet/snow on the ground. Monday will be a high of 60. I do a good but if fishing in the 30-50 degree temps , but honestly it doesn’t get that bad mostly down here. 10 days ago, I fished at 41 degrees at launch and the high was in the 60s. That said, those days in the 40s with a north wi d make me miserable and going in the water in that range can be life threatening.

My mild cold set up is merino base, primoloft pants and jacket then hunting parka. On the “bad” days, I’ll add a 2xl rain suit. It’s that last layer that gets problematic for me. Really restricts movement and in the worst weather, that’s when it’s most dangerous. Just thought the ice gear would allow me to drop at least one layer on the bad days and go to a lighter jacket on the mild days.

Gonna was looking for the striker hard water series it looks like, but will most likely wait to catch it on clearance after the thaw maybe.

    Thanks again for the help.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

2XXL should be fine, you may not need the hardwater, that may be a bit much for those conditions listed, maybe look to the Predator series.

Good call on the Merino wool, no itch........

I didn't say that, Jerry said that,...........

So I'm afraid to even wonder why he thinks I have a 26 inch inseam.

Cuz its actually 29, so I can check for Master Angler Walleye.
