    Default Boat refresh

Figured I have a captive audience with the governor's order so I thought I would share.
In 98 she was spanking new without a spot in the carpet, scratch or dent. Well, she has them now. The best part is I remember most of the scratches and dents. Good times with family and friends from Canada, Louisiana, the salt in Florida to out on the great lakes and tons of different inland lakes in-between. Many fish and many species have graced the livewell. But over the years the carpet has slowly disappeared. Name: IMG_20160420_145139_502.jpg

Size: 71.2 KBI patched and tried to keep it respectable, but more wood has been showing then carpet lately. So the refresh was in order. Fortunately my neighbor Sparty has a heated barn so I tore into it.

Removed as much as possible shy of removing too many rivets.

As it started going back together, changes I had wished for over the years in layout and placement started taking shape as well as all new plumbing for the livewell. Name: IMG_20200210_143841962.jpg

Thanks to being able to work in a warm barn and help from Jerry with the carpet and ideas for improvement the old girl is ready to fish another 20+ years.Name: IMG_20200326_154510991.jpg

It was a fun project. The few small changes you made to the interior make a huge difference. It turned out awesome.

Now we need to get that pretty new carpet dirty.
