We'll be at the Rust Ave launch Thursday about 8 am. Maybe we'll see you on the river.

    Good luck
80% chance of rain, Not good working weather but fishing isn’t work so have fun.
I know I won’t be working in it, might go sit in the UPHMS.
I‘ll sit in the blind and think I’d rather be fishing....

Won't be a nice day weather wise but it should keep some people off the river. Hopefully the walleye bite best in the rain.

Aaron, Barry County is NOT in the antler point restriction area. Ionia, Montcalm and Mesosta are. Not a big deal to me, we've been voluntarily doing that for years

I didn’t think it was, but at this rate, the deer are safe.

I’m surrounded by corn, and it needs to come down.

If I can get my stuff done today, I might make it back out tonight, but got sideswiped with dessert night for daughter swimming

I'll take a dessert night over this weirdly low abundance of deer I'm seeing this year.
Gonna try stalking them this Saturday, see if I can't bump a deer or two.

If not, I'm pulling out the fishing gear and hitting a canal.

    I took a weeks vacation.
That’s a possible 10 days of hunting time.
Two weekends, opening day and a work week.

Until this time today, my total is only 2.5 days.

I think this is a sign I had way to much other stuff to do.

    Go figure.

Last day before going back to work, and I fill 2 tags.

I know what I’m doing after work the next few days
