Another field a bunch of rednecks standing on a field edge looking @‘a deer like they had never seen one before, tied to an ATV.
That’s about it for this morning/early afternoon.
Bout to go do an back side of the eyelid check for a bit, then see what’s standing in front of me.

3:18, had a Doe go by in the other side of the river.
She kept looking behind her so we let her pass.
Current issue is a mouse or screw in the blind in Rylee’s hat.
We are contemplating a Ruger Bushmaster 450 shot at it, ss it may be record book.

Rylee hot one, but it made it to private property.
We only saw 2, and we both think it was the same deer.
Tomorrow is a day off, will be @ Adrian College for a Dual Tournament.

Took off yesterday to go to Little Caesars Arena to watch Jurassic World Live. Aidens Birthday request.... lunch at the rain forest cafe and some Bass Pro shopping. Didn’t buy anything.
Boys and I are back in our blinds for a while before we go process our 3 deer from opening day.
Got my hunting buddy in the blind with me again.....she’s pretty good at eradicating some of the mouse population that lives here.

I agree, this years deer sighting is super slow.
My mom texted a picture if 5 does on her property, but it being a subdivision leaves me little hope of getting one of those.
Seen one doe cross my path, no missauke doe tags so I had to pass.

I took the morning off.
After opening day, and then yesterday's road trip, it was a sleep in day. I will be back out this evening though.
I did see that it was 20 degree's, that made me kind of want to jump back into bed, but NOOOOO, had to get up and check C.C
