crooked lake launch closed
my neighbor told me last night that the boat launch at crooked lake has been closed due to high water levels.

I wouldn't be surprised if more of them are not closed. I saw your post in Wilbur's travels and it looks like you have experienced it already.
Last time I was out of SSP, I came in to find that there was 6 feet of open water between the dock and the shore. Fortunately they have the ability to move those docks up and down but not all places do. The docks in Houghton Lake West were almost underwater on Friday and Saturday.

There is a gravel launch on the east side but it would be tough to get your boat in there. Room for one to park.
