Have been neglecting taking Wilbur fishing lately, so took him for a ride today
    Went to lower crooked first
    Nothing
    Water was 54 degrees
    Tried minnows and waxies
    Nothing at all
So loaded the boat and went to Bristol lake
Tried a channel that I have found crappie in before but still not happening
Water was 55 in there and we tried minnows and waxies again
Great day to be on the water fishing, just not much for catching Name: IMG_0577.jpg

We tried Lower a couple of weeks ago and got a few out away from the brush. Got a few long lining the center of the lake, too.
The older I get the more I realize the therapeutic benefits of fishing

did see quite a few bass on beds though
need a week of very warm weather to get things going , sure NOT going to be this week.
