Tiller Boat Motor
Hi everyone, I hope I can post this to this thread, I recently purchased my first aluminum boat, its a 14 ft , I'm looking to purchase a motor for it in the 7.5 hp to 15 hp range for a decent price, I've been on other sites looking, wasted gas traveling to purchase one only to find out that the person sold the motor or changed the price to a higher amount. If anyone know where I can get one at that does not require me to make a major investment in it to get it running, please let me know. This is my first boat so I'm having to do about everything to get it in shape to fish out of, I'll be re-wiring the trailer this weekend to change it from a 3 circular pin to a 4 pin all the way back to changing the trailer lights to some new submersible lights. I know that nothing is free but if someone wants to help this new boat owner out, it would be appreciated, maybe 1 of you has a short shaft laying around, let me know and you can turn it into cash. I hear that this is a great site and the members are great, help a brother out. I live in the downriver area near the Detroit River in River Rouge.
