Default Jaw Jackin Jeff's Overall Nonsense Thread 2019

In my opinion the thread already in existence is all that’s needed. It’s a nice way to see the past winners and what they did.....however it’s your trophy John and if you want to start a new thread that’s fine. I think I could add it to the existing thread when the next winner gets it.

Spent the night working on the boat since it was raining.

Removed the entire back deck, and ran my 6g wire then put the deck back on, and secured.

Next up is to drywall my joints and install the sockets, and I will be ready for my new Electric Down Riggers.

Speaking of upgrades I’ve done a couple too. I finally felt I could buy that kicker motor ( just prior to basement flooding).....new 4 stroke 9.9 Yamaha from Matteson marine

And then while up to Saginaw Bay on Sunday I did a impulse buy while at Franks.....new Traxstech mount rails which work perfectly with the tite lock rod holders I confiscated off my sons boat, since he doesn’t use them.

And then I mocked up the Riviera downriggers which are gonna need swivel bases before I can use them.

I have a set of Cannon riggers that would look perfect on that rail! just saying. Build a 45 degree raiser plate that the rigger mounts in to and you won't need a swivel. Run you rear riggers at a 45 from the boat, or a 90 degree angle.
I have OCD "Obsessive Crappie Disorder"
