Son Chris got his first and Aaron reeled in a nice one as we were pulling in lines.

I can’t tease Aaron about only putting me on small fish anymore.

As we were trolling I said, Steve, you see that Planer board?
It was about 5 foot underwater.
It ended up tangled in my Diver rod, and then we ended up handling in a King Salmon.
I’ll let Steve fill in any blanks.
He will be up WAY BEFORE ME....... lol

Oh,
As now I am awake, if you want to see Steve roll his eyes, and start squawking like a chattering hog
Monkey, ask him this simple question.
What kind of tape measure, and fish scales does Oneida Eagle have on his boat.........
Then enjoy the arm flailing gestures, and lies he tells about me.......

Would you be surprised if I told you that I didn't have them on my salmon boat either? You see enough of them you can pretty much get the weight within a pound or so. We had them back at the dock but, with salmon, a keeper is over 10 inches. Other than the early spring, those are few and far between.
Yep very surprised!

Steve, you realize now that Rich isn't right in the head too?
I have never carried scales, or a tape measure, I just EAT them, but one of the funniest thing Steve said was something along the lines of
Steve: I'm getting you a tape measure for your boat.
OE: I have one right there mounted on the floor.
Steve: That one's not big enough for the fish you catch...........
OE, with a look of of confusion: Was that a compliment or an insult?
Steve: BOTH
