My new “consistent way of eating” is none of the above.
I do need to increase cardio even though I work, it probably did not burn the trash I was consuming the old way.
Down over 20 lbs, clothes fit, tuck in my shirts, not out of breath, feet don’t hurt etc.
Being down that amount should lessen the load on your Suzuki next time we go fishing
