MICDC Spring Camp Fishing Tournament
Where: Houghton Lake Michigan
When: June 9th from first safe daylight until 2pm.
Price: $5.00 per person (kids under 17 are free)
Rules:
This is NOT a team event. You may fish out of any boat you would like but you are fishing as an individual.
You can utilize any kind of bait (including live bait). You can use up to your legal limit of rods per person (3).
You may utilize ANY launch but you MUST fish on Houghton Lake. Fishing time is from the first safe navigational light until 2pm. Weigh in will take place back at the pavilion location at our host campground.
You will be able to weigh your TWO biggest crappies.
1st Place: Receives the traveling trophy rights along with their choice from the prize package
2nd Place: Second choice in the prize package
3rd Place: Receives remaining prize package
Additionally: Each person that pays for tournament entry will receive (1) ticket. This ticket will be used for a grand prize drawing that will take place after the awards presentation. You will NOT be able to purchase any additional tickets. This gives every person entered in to the tournament a fair chance to win a great prize.
We will also have youth games available along with prize packages for them!
