Better get some sun so you don't have that white, pasty stripe. Oh, that's right, you're entire body is a white, pasty stripe.

Yesterday we took the Grandkids to the Museum in Grand Rapids.

Jerry they had some of your kin there.

Saturday I headed out to the barn in an attempt to ready myself for the fishing season. I know, I'm behind the curve this year.

So, it started out good. I had to put up all the ice fishing crap that I only used twice. I got to the two man clam before I realized that it was going to take two men to get it in to the rafters. I didn't however realize this until I had told myself I could do it and had it over my head. Fortunately, I was smart enough to drop it before It riped my arms out of socket. I did however get Brian's boat dirty as I was standing in it. So I guess I have to vacuum it. From there it all went down hill.

I needed to move Brian's boat forward to get to my oil and filters for my boat. In order to do that I need to move a moped that is in pieces. So, I pull the carb, do some work, get it to start and idle fine but the minute you give it gas, it dies. I know what it is but I have screwed with it far to much. Besides, dad has an old feller that lives across the street that is great with this stuff. So, I quite. Next I have to move a quad. Battery is dead. I wheel it and hook the charger to it. Next I have to remove stickers from my boat. To do that I have to remove the bunks. Stickers come off, back is killing me. Enough for the day.

Sunday I went out early, scrubbed the adheasive from the stickers. Dad came out and helped me move the boat. I got all the oil out, removed the lower and upper oil from the big motor without issue. The kicker however was odd. After 10 minutes of looking without the ability to find and oil filter, I did the logical thing that kids these days do. I used google! Found out they don't have an oil filter. Just a screen that MUST be serviced by a mechanic every so many hours. Ya right. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Fortunately, I have Yamaha oil too so I was able to make that change!

Next I had to remove 600 feet of line from 6 rods, remove two old reels and replace them. We contiplated for 10 minutes on how to recreate the wheel before I came up with the simple solution that is tried and true. Tie the line to my disc, jump in the mule, hit the clicker and drive 600 feet off!!!!!

Next I need to put 600 feet back on my larger 6 reels and put 1000 on the new reels. After two rods, my back was spent. I did manage to get two jigging rods done up with 6lb so that is good. Dad will come back out and assist/watch with the remaining rods. Maybe my back will be better. I'm trying to figure out a way for the Dr. to give me 5 days off from work so that I can rest/fish my back!!!! Unfortunately, I now have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow.

Set them aside, I will snatch them from you at some point.
Preferable not in the dirt in Brian's boat, or with the moped parts.

They are in the same spot as the other two I gifted you!!! As for the moped parts... I'm not quite sure where they all are
