Good afternoon, not a real coffee drinker but I had my glass of Concord grape juice and late breakfast. Had a late night out with the wife so I decided to sleep in and continue our weekend filled with concerts and alone time. One more event tonight then fishing tomorrow and Monday hopefully

I figured for # 1,000 I may as well go big. Heres some pictures of the work I'm doing on the boat. I started the day with the inside pretty well emptied out and a pile of plywood panels to install carpet on. I installed some led lights on the frame above the rod locker yesterday. Today I started putting the carpet on the panels after cutting openings for the new storage areas. I'll build storage boxes for the back of the panels and carpet those, too. The hatch doors I ordered off ebay got here in two days and are better than I expected. I made a trip to Menards for stainless screws, bolts and lock nuts as well as aluminum angle and some self adhesive wire channel. Tomorrow I'll finish carpeting the panels and hopefully get the carpet on the floor then start reassembly next week.

Congrats on the 1K

Lets see, today I headed out to hunt some rabbits. They didn't want to play nice. Probably walked a mile and saw 100 sets of coyote tracks.

I did see a nice fat squirrel. Thankfully I hunt rabbit with a 410. Ms. Squirrel hit the ground. Sooo, might as well squirrel hunt. Never saw another.

Decided to hit the range and ensure my 223 was on then do some coyote calling. They answered over a mile away. But I did see two rabbits. Maybe, just maybe, if I go eagle hunting I might see a coyote
