Wham! Pow! Boom! Holy Ginger, It's G-man and his side kick Red Robin.
I spent the day staying warm(got to single digits), eating cabbage and black eyed peas. Watching LSU lose to ND. Can't complain, good game and even though I spent a lot of money on 2 kids going to LSU, ND has touchdown Jesus. Just can't pull against a team that has Jesus officiating. :biggrin

Best part of my day was watching them fat weasels down in AA get their arrogant butts whooped.

The one time I was sort of pulling for them to win so the big 10 would be unbeaten in the bowl season and they lose. Figures. Them losing is good, too.
Got home from work in time to watch Georgia-Oklahoma. That was a heck of a game.
been busy cutting firewood and keeping the stove full of wood.
also , I have a hard time getting used to reading all your posts on my phone, no home computer :(
so now that I am back at work , good to see everyone made it through the holidays safe and sound.
happy new year to everyone.
hope it treats everyone well!!
This weather is taking a toll on my wood pile. Luckily I had plenty cut, split and stacked under cover. Enough for this year and next year then I need to decide if I'm going to continue to burn wood, put in a pellet stove or use just propane. I have access to all the free wood I could ever need but I'm also getting older and cutting wood isn't as much fun as it used to be.
I managed to catch something this past couple days......a darn cold!
I got some pictures from a couple friends showing their catches out ice fishing yesterday. One guy sent crappies and bluegills on his lake near Stanton, the other was a limit of walleye up in Saginaw......6-8 inches of ice.
My wood comes cut and split into little pellets and stacked on a pallet in 40 lb. bags.
You guys ever watch Escanaba In Da Moonlight?
You guys talk about cutting wood, and all I can hear is the Dad telling the boys “Your Mom could cut wood.......”
