I don't even think the guy that built my house owned a hammer. I would dig out my license but I'm trying to forget that stage of life!

That sucks for her Jerry. May he fall off a ladder on the job! If he owns a ladder

I found a good deal on a boat to leave down in Louisiana so I wouldn't have to pull mine every time I come down. It's a 1989 Tracker Tournament TX 17' with a 90 Nissan motor for 1000.00 with a Monroe address.. I called on it and texted on it and got no answer. It's not far from where I was working so yesterday I drove past and there it was, setting in the yard. I stopped and talked to a young man who said his parents weren't home but they would call me. Also said they bought it as a project and couldn't get the motor to run right. Perfect, just what I was looking for. I got no call from them so I left two more messages last night. I checked Craigslist this morning and it's still listed for sale........for double the price. Now it's 2000.00. Gotta love people with high moral standards. I figure they got a ton of calls and decided to score an extra grand. Not from me. I would like to tell you what I really think but I don't want to get put in time out.

You could buy my Lund, for your Michigan boat, and leave yours in LA. Would be a tad higher than 1K tho.
    Just a thought.

That's the one. Drove past today and it's still sets there. Pretty nice looking boat but not 2000.00 nice.

Got my handy man job wrapped up today. Sanded out and did touch up then plumbed the new valve for the tub/shower. Now it's up to my son to finish the tile.
