Got to love todays weather persons , growing up they had to say " rain in the afternoon" or " some snow over the U.P." Today, " 50 percent CHANCE of rain, maybe partly sunny some where , with tempratures between 25 and 65 degress" Radar ,Sattelite , and still can not look out the window. Have to have the percentage so somebody will not file a lawsuite if there social event gets rained on. I think I'll change the line on a few reels an be ready!

I got some apple trees to prune. A little late but the weather has kept them from growing.

I organized my electrical supplies this morning then tore apart a child size park bench, wire brushed the iron ends and put a new coat of paint on one side. I'm in the house for a quick bowl of home made beef stew and a cup of coffee then back out to the barn. Once the painting is done I'm going to replace the wood slats with ash from trees I cut out of my parents woods and had sawed into boards by a buddy. Then it goes to Georgia for Isla Jean.

I finished my annual duty of harvesting apple wood for Larry and Sandy's smoker.

Got a call from Sparty yesterday who got a call from OE to go Walleye fishing the Detroit River today.

Should be a interesting cold, trip.
