This is the fuel pump I was talking about with the bag it came in with the part number. I hope this is the same as yours as they are inexpensive! The one it was ment to replace does not has the extra screws in it, it looks just like the one you posted the picture of, this is just a generic replacement pump so they do look at little different but function exactly the same. Hope this helps!Name: 20230506_113514.jpg

It looks like it’s built similar. I will check Monday, thanks!

Update on my motor. I bought a new vacuum fuel pump like shown above. I installed it yesterday, and pulled the cord, and it still would not pump out gas from the new pump. So, what I have figured out so far is, it will crank, and runs really well while running, but goes dead after about 50 seconds. You can tell that it is running pout of fuel because it has stray sputter a few seconds before dieing.

Did you check the inside of your fuel line for flaking and breaking down how is your fuel bulb? Pumping the fuel bulb should keep it running unless the carb is totally not set up right or junk in the jets. Sitting 5 years has to be a bunch of build up in the fuel system.

I would double check and make sure that you don't have the impulse/feed lines turned around or something.
