All parts replaced at rebuild. Did not have the problem before rebuild. Motor will run great then just start cutting in and out. Ran on small fuel tank, results the same.

    Who did the rebuild?

Edit - asking as I see you are in Ohio. Hoping it's not Blackbird, but if it is that would explain your issues.

Well it seems as though the re-builder caused the issue, and should be the one trouble shooting it. Sounds one of the parts he replaced is not up to snuff.

Well what you need is for someone with test equipment to check all of those electrical parts to see if they are up to spec. Any of those "new" parts could be at fault.

I had a similar issue on my truck once. I replaced a ton of parts, only to find out the new spark plug wires were defective. $80 dealer diagnostic test would have saved me hundreds of dollars in new parts.

If your unit has the VRO, rebuild your vapor pump. I had the same problem with my 2001 115 and after converting the vro to a regular pump, swapping lines, cleaning carbs, and several other items, It ended up being a $30 and 30 minute fix. The pumps job is to pull out the vapor from the VST, if vapor builds then it fills the chamber and doesn't allow fuel in. Thus it will run fine at idle or mid throttle but any more it cuts out from no fuel. Wouldn't hurt to replace the gasket, float, and needle in the VST either. I did mine when rebuilding the pump. Don't know if it helped or not but my problem is gone.
