When I redid the transom on my Crestliner I had looked at using a pour in, There was no way I could seal it up tight enough to hold the liquid from running out way to much open area. Went with marine plywood and good sealing epoxy.
I have noticed that if the old plywood is pretty rotten it comes out easier and the Gentlemen on the YouTube video duct taped a piece of copper tubing to the end nozzle on his shop vac to get all the small pieces out of the transom. Excellent idea

I’m on a FB group for Lund Restorations and I see a lot of posts mentions something about Coosa board. I’m not familiar with it so I can’t give honest opinion for the product.
