The 12.0 voltage sounds a little low. Possibly that battery has a weak cell.
Have you noticed if the batteries don't last as long /troll as long as they used too be before being depleted?
I have a 3 bank Minn Kota Precision charger hooked up to 3 series 27 Walmart batteries. After staying on charger a week, the Batteries read as follows:
1. 12.0v. 2. 12.7v. 3. 12.9v.
Does this look like weak batteries?

Now would be a good time to check specific gravity in each cell with a tester, and make sure each charger bank is putting out.
BroKenneth thanked you for this post
Very good idea. That will let you know the health of the battery pretty quickly

I am am thinking weak cell. It would be worth swapping the battery to another bank on the charger to verifiy that bank is charging correctly. If you swap it to a different bank and the battery still does not charge fully then it is a battery problem, if the problem moves to the other battery it would be a charger problem

Thanks for the help. Dead cell in #1. Weak cells in #2. $200 and two new batteries later, I’m back in business.
