My favorite hydrofoil is the Bob's Machine Shop tracker plate. It doesn't stick out like the other ones do so it doesn't grab weeds and it doesn't seem to hurt top end. I had one on a little jon boat when I lived in FL. They even put it on for me for free because I lived near enough to drive there and get it straight from the factory.

I didn't like the look of the Stingray Senior, I went with the Stingray Classic that others I know used and liked.
After I installed mine a buddy gave me an extra one He had. If we lived a little closer, I would give it to you to use, it's just there on the garage wall collecting dust, just like the one I bought.

Thank you for the offer. I will check into that one to see if it will fit. The motor I have has a different shape just above the cavitation plate

I installed a se sport 300 on my 1860 with a 40 hp 4 stroke Merc on it. I was getting cavitation at minimal amount of trim. I think I am planning at a lower speed by maybe 2-3 mph, but still am getting the cavitation if I raise the trim much. I got this boat this spring and I'm still getting use to how it performs.

That’s the one I had on my 2 liter 150 Mariner. Worked good for me.

Don’t know if this style from CB Marine Design is overkill or if he even makes one for a 60HP bit here is what I have for my 200HP and is nice, gets job done and doesn’t stick out. You can contact him through FB messenger or webpage.

Look up Nauticus Smart tabs. I put a set on the Kenner and stopped the porpoising, helped the holeshot, improved the handling, and even gained 1-2 mph top end due to the bow lift.

Those look interesting as well. Been around larger boats with trim tabs. Never thought about them on a smaller fresh water boat
