    Default Boat launching options...Z Launch

I`ve watched several videos online and the Z-launch system looks pretty sweet for launching, particularly for the occasional solo trips. The alternative seems like a piece of good rope tide to the pickup and the jon boat. Are their better options? Opinions on Z launch?

    Thanks!

Don’t know anything about that bungee cord thingie. However, I have learned how to use a rope that never tangles.

The key is putting it in a bucket. I fastened a snap to one end and tie about a foots worth of that end of the rope to the bucket handle. That stays outside the bucket and gets clipped to the truck. Keeps the bucket from flying away. Then I simply feed line into the empty bucket until I get it all in there. At launch I clip the bucket to the truck, the other end to the boat, launch and the line feeds out perfectly every time. First in last out. No need to coil it just so or any of that, just feed it in.

Slicker than deer guts on a doorknob.
Maybe they will bite this one……
