I would probably just try to hammer a wine cork in them, and fill the livewells with a garden hose. Duct tape may even hold long enough for that.

At some point, every hose and thru hull fitting will fail, and need to be replaced.
Especially the thru hull fittings made from PVC.
Some of those might even appear to be metal from the outside.
Same goes for below deck fuel tanks.
Most boat builders dont make that job an easy one.

We went to Lowes bought rubber corks until we had time to repair, did fine. But repair is better, handy to have a neighbor kid that is left handed and double jointed.

If thats the live well drain, and your not planning on the correct repair. Go to bilge area at back of boat , that thru hull fitting , should have a hose connected to it. If thru hull fitting isn't leaking, then cut hose and stick a bolt in hose with hose clamp , to stop water from entering boat.

All kinds of get by fixes until you do the big fix.
As for the big fix, you might want to consider remote drain plugs and cable made by Flo Rite. I am seriously considering one from Amazon, just know your plug diameter and cable length needed. Cool, new boat style.
