    Default Portable fuel tank ?

Do you remove your portable fuel tank after getting back home after fishing? Or do you just leave everything hooked up? If so do you disconnect the gas line from the motor? I have a new motor with a 6 gallon tank and it's getting heavy to pull out of the boat. I cover my boat so the gas tank would not be in direct sunlight. The boat itself with cover is in direct sunlight. I know the new tanks swell up pretty good in direct sunlight.

I dont remove or unhook anything.
But if the tank is full or even near full, its best to loosen the fill cap.
Otherwise the fuel expands in the tank and can seep out.
