I have no voltage coming from cylinder 2 wire from trigger. should have 1 or more volt on dva and I am getting less than 1/2 a volt hooked up or loose doesnt matter.
Those numbers on the readings, were they online readings or disconnected? That may be needed in order to diagnose it.
I'd rather be fishing.

If that test was made with everything hooked up, you have to consider that the power pack may have a short. Disconnect the wires and get another reading. If it's still low, you have a bad trigger, if voltage is normal range, bad box.

hooked up or unhooked it has less than .5 volt trigger and both switch boxes new. No way I had 3 bad triggers. I also changed coil with known good one. I swapped 2 and 5 trigger wires and lost 5 I am stumped
If you lost 5 on the swap,.... You have a bad trigger.

Did u disconnect rectifier/ regulator ? First ?
Rectifier/ regulator. Tested red wire to ground. Unplugged red wire from rectifier shouldn't. Have continuity to ground
Did you disconnect the regulator/rectifier ?
No I did not. It runs just do not have spark on cylinder 2 it is charging properly also. It has had new stator switch boxes and triggers and ends with same result no fire on cylinder. 2.
This morning I unhooked the rectifier and made no change. I Took it back to the marine shop and he ran the same tests I did and came up with bad trigger no voltage on cylinder 2 trigger wire. he checked everything boxes are good stator etc. Does anyone know if there is anything that would cause just 1 cylinder to not get power? I sent the CDI unit back to Amazon and ordered another.
