Never saw these before.... very interesting.
Even cooler and probably pointless solution is led lights for the drain plug. So many toys...

I was wondering because if it is npt then I was gonna go back with a Bail-R-matic drain plug or a PVC check valve and never pull it again.

Sorry no help with the threads, but might as well get 2 of 'em, use one and stash the other.
For those with rubber lined ones, be sure to twist and tighten if needed. Without good resistance when latched, bad ju ju could sneak in back there, and we don't like bad ju ju.

We have the same boat. And I'm sure Delores would love to sell me some. Hoping to find something better than what I previously had.

Finally got back to the boat in storage. It is 1/2 npt. I have found what I think will work. Most likely it will need to be swapped around or the water will come in the boat Instead of out.Name: Screenshot_20200526-203218.jpg

That will work just fine until you get the first tiny peace of trash( which is going to happen )under that check ball then you got water leaking back into boat.
