Default 23 pitch Trophy 4-blade prop with two small cracks in one blade - can it be repaired?

I have a 23 pitch Trophy 4-blade prop with two small cracks in one blade. Can it be repaired? I've heard that as long as the blade is still intact (not gone/fallen off) that it can be fixed. Any estimate of what that might cost? It's been sitting on a shelf for quite some time, might fix it and sell it, or just sell it as-is and let someone else take care of fixing it. Any suggestions?

Hard to get good pictures of the cracks with it being so shiny like a mirror! The two cracks are on the same blade and have black marker circles around them:

I would take it to a prop shop, not someone that will send it to a prop shop. I would have to have a first hand opinion myself. Good luck with it.

A good prop shop can fix that....a lot cheaper than buying a new one

On the road to Moore's marina there is the Prop Shop on the left side. Run by Donnie DeClue. If anyone can fix it, be can

I put it on Facebook for $40 to see what happens. No takers yet. I have no use for it nor do I want to mess with doing the repair.
