Thread: Need an Aluminum welder near St Louis

If you can't find anyone in Missouri, come over to Highland, IL. Look up Thole fabrication and welding. They do good work, reasonable prices. I've used them before, for me and work has used them also.
Had them do work on a previous boat. No complaints.

I figured I would follow up for anyone with a similar issue down the road. I contacted Lowe and they asked me to work thru a dealer to request a warrantee repair. I sent the dealer the boat info n ended and pics of the cracks. It took a bit to coordinate but they got back to me and said Lowe would fix it and I could either drop it off at the dealer or drive it over myself. I chose to drive it to Lebanon since it was only 2 hours away. They are going to weld a 3/16 inch plate over the bow, paint and do all the needed stuff for non skid and nav lights. They said it would be 4-6 weeks base on o5er work in front of me. So far happy with the process and their CS.
