    Posting for skunked again, for some motivation. LOL I sure feel your pain. Been there and done that. It will all be worth it. I know you feel like you're working on a never ending project, or at least I felt that way, but you can get that thing finished this winter!

    In late 2017 I bought a 19 year old Xpress that was in rough shape. What I started with:

    I wanted to add some storage and size to the front deck. So after I got the carpet ripped out, I started the fab work.



    I also added some legs under the front deck to stiffen it up for double seating while spider rigging.

    Next came sanding, priming and painting. I used an epoxy primer and single stage urethane paint.

    Then back on the trailer for carpet, wiring, reinstalling the motor, new TM, electronics, etc.... The SLOW part.



    The deck extension turned out nice and the doors fit!
